Good hair cut?

I'm bored with my hair, i don't know if i want it longer or shorter, and were my layers should be :/

what cut would look good on me?

i have a round face, and curly hair

right now it's about 3 or 4 inches below my shoulders and my first layer is at my lipp..

i think that u should grow it out sort of lang then layer it from the bottom of your head and lower
