probaly to the sholder would be a good length for you. and it depends with the bangs. Do you want them longer? mine are long enough to tuck behind my ear gut not long enough to go in a ponytail and I love 'em!

I don't think you should get it cut at all. I actually think you should grow it out, you have gorgeous hair. I mean it looks good now but I think it would look stunning if it were really long. Don't curl it. A soft wave would be cute tho!

I like the 1920s bob (Natalie Imbruglia) or the one on the model in the pink strapless dress for you. I'd try something pretty short (chin length) and with a short bangs (fringe). You could also do something longer if you aren't wanting to cut that much off, but I'd definitely go with short bangs, maybe even blunt cut for a stronger statement. Have fun.
