How should I cut my hair?? I'm dying it black soon, by the way?

As you can tell by the not-so-good pictures, I have a round baby face. The last picture kind of stinks because my friend took it when I wasn't looking but it gives you an idea of how long and thin my hair is when straighten, I would like to do something different with it instead of just letting it just hang down and get nasty when its windy. When it gets windy my hair looks greasy and raggy. Any suggestions for a quick way to style it or a new hair cut? I can't really do layers or anything like that. Rude comments will be reported.
