I need to get my hair cut, & whatdo you think would look best on me? please need help quickly =]

i have like kinda a round face. no like big features or anything. my hair is like light brown right now but its naturaly dirty blonde, i dyed it in the end of november with this like 6 week semi-permant suff but it didn't really fade.right now my hair goes a little past my shoulders.i've been told i have really nice hair, its natural straight, not to thin but not thick %26amp; its soft.i think look good with kinda short hair but not too short.any celebrity cut that u think would look good on me pictures would be awesome! =]
