I have lond, wavy blonde hair. Im really sick of it and want to get it cut somehow. I just know a style to get done. I want to keep the length.

Also after my hair is washed or gets wet. little frizzy bits come out. Any good solutions or products.

Use conditioner for the frizzing thing, and dont put your hair on heat while its wet. I have the same exact type of hair. Train your hair to curl up at the bottom, its a real popular style right now for boys with long hair these days. Don't curl it all the way, just make it kinda "ramp" until the bottom is pointing up.
