but when in doubt, let the stylist decide. They DO know what looks good on different shaped faces.

I am the same way. I have thick hair and I'm a brunette. I got my hair a little longer than shoulder length, layers, and long side bangs. I have a picture of what I brought to my stylist.

Anyway, I brought the picture in, but I told my stylist not to put in as many layers because my hair would have poofed up a lot!!! It looked amazing after I got it cut! I luhhvvv it!
